ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2017 in connection with Ziya Pokhar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner has been named in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and recovery of Bicycle is also manipulated and has not been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.
