2. Pursuant to order dated 30.09.2019, learned counsel for the State has produced cheque in favour of the petitioner for an amount of Rs. 1,16,659/- against dues of GPF along with up-todate statutory interest.

3. Learned counsel for the State submitted that he has also received the detailed calculation chart but due to paucity of time, the same could not be brought on record.

4. Be that as it may, in view of the cheque being produced by learned counsel for the State, the same has been received by learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State submitted that he would be giving copy of the calculation chart to learned counsel for the petitioner today itself.

6. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off.

7. However, it shall be open to the petitioner that if she finds any error in the calculation, she would be at liberty to file a detailed representation pointing out such defects before the District Education Officer, Buxar. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the officer shall consider the same and get it verified from the records and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If anything further is found due and payable to the petitioner, the same shall be
