Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 325, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly caused injury with a hard blunt substance at the head of the husband of the informant as a result whereof husband of the informant died. Petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2018.

Earlier prayer for bail was refused on 15.05.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 15140 of 2019 with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after framing of the charges.

Submission is that charges have already been framed. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48690 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Haspura Police Station Case No. 118 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
