Petitioner's license to run a PDS shop granted under the provisions of Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 (for short ' the Control Oder, 2016') has been cancelled by an order passed by the Licensing Authority i.e. the Sub Divisional Officer, Narkatiyaganj. His appeal has also been dismissed by the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah. The said orders are under challenge in the present writ application. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Revisional Authority by making appropriate application. If he does so within four weeks from today, the Revisional Authority shall liberally consider any prayer for condonation of delay and after condoning the delay, he shall decide the petitioner's revision petition on merit.
