The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Md. Sufiyan(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-08-2016 Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Sufiyan, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
In the present case, which has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of an order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram, whereby the prayer of the petitioner for extension for executing bail bond has been rejected. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail long back on 29.11.2014 by the learned Sessions Judge, Rohtas in A.B.P. No.2481/2014, wherein it was indicated that in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks, he shall be released on bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15650 of 2016 (2) dt.05-08-2016 2/2 From the impugned order, it is evident that the petition was filed in the year 2016 for extension for executing the bail bond, which apparently amounts to abuse of privilege of anticipatory bail, which was earlier granted. I do not find any ground to interfere with the matter. The petition stands dismissed.
