11-06-2018 Let the defect as regards the complaint case number be ignored keeping in view the case number provided at Annexure-1 being Case No. C2/237/2018. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Case No. C2/237/18 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that only 18 liters of Nepali Saufi wine has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34187 of 2018 (2) dt.11-06-2018 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Case No. C2-237/18.
