The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sikarahata P.S. Case No. 139 of 2021 arising out of Excise Case No. 1424 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, the name of the petitioner has been dragged in the instant case. Further he submits that the the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60548 of 2021(2) dt.15-04-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Sikarahata P.S.
