The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 216 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of
