The petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the brother of the informant went missing and subsequently his dead body was recovered. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of the co-accused.

A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner which reflects that the petitioner is accused in eight other cases, out of which three cases are registered under Section 302 of the IPC while others are registered under Sections 307, 366 of the IPC and Arms Act.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54393 of 2013 (2) dt.25-01-2017 2/2 In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 54 of 2012 pending in the court of learned ACJM, Barh.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
