Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Choutham P.S. Case No.11 of 2018 registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that while the informant was coming back to his home then on the way accused persons forcibly kidnapped his minor daughter.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother of Amlesh Yadav and there is no specific overt act against her rather the specific allegation is against Bhushan Yadav and Amlesh Yadav and not against this petitioner who is a lady and the girl herself returned back. Having considered the aforesaid facts and

No.33680 of 2018(3) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 circumstances, petitioner Sukhay Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Choutham PS Case No.11 of 2018.
