JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, informant and the State.

The petitioner being mother of the late husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A,406 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the husband of the informant died in a road accident and thereafter the accused persons confined the informant in a room and took her signature on blank paper. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged signed paper of the informant has not been used

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51536 of 2014 (2) dt.06-04-2015 2/2 and the informant has solemnized second marriage. It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the accused persons have not returned the belongings of the informant though admits that the informant has performed second marriage.

Considering the fact that now the informant has performed second marriage, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 420 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
