Petitioner is in custody in connection with S.T. No. 180 of 2018 arising out of Parwalpul P.S. Case No. 169 of 2017 for the offence under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2017. the case was registered against unknown.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not put on TIP and his name surfaced on the confessional statement of Tulan Kumar. The said Tulan Kumar was granted bail vide order dated 22.5.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 30333 of 2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner's name
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32964 of 2018(2) dt.04-06-2018 2/2 surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused who has been granted bail as indicated hereinabove, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with S.T. No. 180 of 2018, arising out of Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2017.
