Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018 and 2006 of 2(v). Liquor was allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sikrahta Police Station Case No.132 of 2020 with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8562 of 2021(2) dt.24-06-2021 2/2 following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
