2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) To issue an appropriate Writ, order or Direction commanding therespondents to pay the compensation of the acquired petitioners land of rate the at the of Prevailing market value or at least at the rate of Government valuation fixed by the government. According to the new Government Circular.

(ii) To issue further appropriate Writ, order or Direction, commanding the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10471 of 2017(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/3 respondents to pay the amount of entire compensation with 24% penal interest.

(iii) To award cost of litigation and suitable compensation to the petitioners for the loss, damages and harassment caused to the petitioners by the respondents. (iv) This Hon'ble court may adjudicate and hold that the market value or even the government valuation fixed by the government Sikandarpur P.S.-Bihta, for Mauza-District-Patna, should be the basis for minimum valuation of the lands of the petitioners.

(v) This Hon'ble court may adjudicate hold and further that, acquisition of the land of the petitioner without initiating proceeding is unsustainable as the same is completely fraud and arbitrary exercise of the power and authority by the respondents.

(vi) To award any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioners are found entitled in the fact or circumstances of the case.

3. Learned State Counsel, Mr. Dhurjati Kr. Prasad submits that paragraph 1 (prayer of the writ petition) does not show any details about the land for which he is asking for the compensation.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10471 of 2017(2) dt.28-04-2025 3/3 petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no. 5, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna for the redressal of the grievance.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
