ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2017 in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.557 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 304B, 120B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased lady, has moral responsibility to protect his wife and also because that the death had taken place within seven years of the marriage in connection with the demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32945 of 2018 (3) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
