No. 205 of 2009 by which it has confirmed the order dated 11.08.2009 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 327 of 2009 (G.R. Case No. 1747 of 2009) by which it has taken cognizance in the matter.

Considering that this is a second revision in the garb of an application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and no patent illegality could be pointed out, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The Application stands dismissed.
