Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. C-2234 of 2006 registered under sections 323 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that she has a case with Shivpujan Bhagat and witness Prabhu Sah attempted to compromise the case for which a panchayati was held. She was given Rs. 29,000/- for settlement of the case. The petitioner took the money from the informant.
It is submitted that the petitioner did not receive the amount and no chit of paper is attached with the complaint

Considering the facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Singh, J.M. Ist Class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran in Complaint Case no. C-2234 of 2006, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
