Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No.219 of 2017 (G.R. No.3116 of 2017) registered under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is the Gotni of the deceased, they are separate in mess and have no concern with the matrimonial affair of the deceased and the husband of the deceased is in custody.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Solki Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-V, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No.219 of 2017.
