For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rajani Ranjan Pd., Advocate For the Respondent/s : Mr. S. Dayal, APP =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 2.12.2000, by which the Family Court, Ara in Cr. Misc. No.9 of 2008 has allowed maintenance of Rs.1000/- as interim maintenance to the Opposite Party No.2 and her child.
Since the impugned order is merely one of interim maintenance, I see no reason for interference. The application is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to conclude the proceedings expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, if it has not done so already.
