The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 133 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has relied upon an
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60749 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 order dated 28.04.2022 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 59360 of 2021.
For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 28.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59360 of 2021, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Kargahar P.S.
