2. The petitioner superannuated from the post of Assistant Professor, V.S.J. College, Rajnagar, Department of Botany under Mithila University long back in the year 2017.

3. Notwithstanding the fact that the petitioner superannuated in the year 2017, some of the retiral benefits as has been disclosed in the writ petition has not been accorded to him. For redressal of the grievance, the petitioner moved before the respondent authorities of the University, but the same has not been done, compelling him to approach before this Court.

4. It is the contention of the petitioner that if the petitioner shall be given liberty to file a representation before the authorities concerned, the justice shall be met to him and

5. Learned Advocate for the University is present and it is fairly submitted that the grievance of the petitioner shall be looked into and if any of the amount shall be found admissible, the same shall be paid.

6. Considering the submissions advanced, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the L.N. Mithila University preferably within a period of four weeks' from today. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be disposed off within a further period of twelve weeks' after making payment of admissible dues.
