The petitioners are in custody in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Liquor Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He submits that seizure was not made in accordance with the mandatory requirement of the Section 100 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. He further submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case because they have refused to satisfy the illegal demands made by the police. Petitioners are in custody since 19.04.2018.
