This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Atri P.S. Case No.310 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

It is alleged that about 30 litres of illicit country made liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle. The said motorcycle was driven by the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2023.

Considering the quantum of liquor recovered from the motorcycle as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
