2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on added Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 55505 of 2024(3) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. The victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. said that she had eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 01.04.2024.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st cum Special Judge, SC/ST/POCSO Act, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024.
