Perused the office note, from which it transpires that by order dated 24.6.2015 the prayer for grant of four weeks' time was allowed to the appellants to take steps for issuing fresh show cause notice in the limitation matter on the respondent Nos. 4 to 7, 9, 12, 18 and 21 to 24. From the office note it also transpires that the said order has not been complied and consequently the limitation petition (I.A. No. 1283 of 2013) has stood dismissed. The aforesaid limitation petition (I.A. No. 1283 of 2013) was filed for condonation of delay of one year two months and seventeen days in filing this appeal. After dismissal of the limitation petition this appeal is barred by limitation and is dismissed as such. (V. Nath, J.) Snkumar/- U
