Petitioner seeks bail in Ara Nagar P.S. Case No.241 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2019 having clean antecedents. It is alleged that petitioner was apprehended by the police with motorcycle. The petitioner could not produce any paper of the motorcycle.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had taken motorcycle of his friend, Kaushik. There is no separate case filed with regard to theft of the said motorcycle. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No.241 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
