JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 366 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the minor daughter of the informant went traceless when one Sahdeo Poddar suggested that he saw the informant's daughter going towards Rosera in a bus with the petitioner. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim has supported the accusation against the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the case was instituted in 2010 and the victim supported the accusation in 164 Cr.P.C. statement, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 141 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12737 of 2015 (2) dt.27-03-2015 2/2 2010 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Begusarai. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
