JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 The present contempt petition has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against Opp.Parties for providing wrong information in the Hon'ble Court in a counter affidavit by the respondents filed on 01.09.2016 in C.W.J.C.No.20039 of 2014, in which the respondent stated that 90 % of the basic pension amount has been paid to the petitioner The order of the writ court has already been complied with.
