The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 341, 147, 148, 149 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act in connection with Sessions Case No. 250 of 2019 arising out of Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019.

The report of the trial Judge dated 02.03.2021 reveals that only one prosecution witness is yet to be examined. In the circumstance, I am not inclined to review the earlier refusal of prayer for bail of the petitioner. Hence prayer is refused.

However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within three months without allowing any unnecessary adjournment in the case.
