The petitioners seek bail in connection with University P.S. Case No. 141 of 2022 dated 08.05.2022 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are mother and son amongst themselves.

It has been alleged that the petitioners along with others assaulted the two sons of the Informant, leaving both of

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the accusation has been over exaggerated. In fact there was fight between the two families because of a dispute over the passage. The petitioners are from same stock of family and they are in custody since 17.05.2022.

Regard being had to the period of custody and the nature of accusation, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-8, Darbhanga in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 141 of 2022 .
