The petitioners are in custody in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 296 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He submits that the alleged liquor be recovered from Bathan of one Lal Babu Rai. He also submits that the petitioners have no connection with the aforesaid liquor, which was recovered from the Bathan of Lal Babu Rai. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioners have remained in custody for a month.

No.33279 of 2018(2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and have remained in custody for a month, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar, P.S. Case No. 296 of 2018.
