At the very outset learned counsel for the Respondent State Health Society, Bihar states on instruction that the tender in question has since been cancelled in terms of an advertisement published on 14.11.2014 in the Hindi daily 'Hindustan', a photocopy of which has been produced for perusal of the Court and placed on record. It is therefore, submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner expresses that he has no objection if the writ petition is disposed of in the light of the aforesaid statement made on behalf of the Respondent Society.
