Petitioner No.1 is the mother-in-law of the deceased, petitioner no.2 is the brother-in-law of the deceased, they apprehend their arrest in relation to Lalganj P.S. Case No. 279 of 2015 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner, with reference to the F.I.R. Itself, points out that the girl in question had committed suicide at her own maika though it is alleged that it was the demand of dowry and indecent behavior by her husband, which actuated the same. The husband Amit Kumar Singh is not the petitioner here.
Considering the aforesaid facts and the allegation is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15265 of 2016 (3) dt.26-05-2016 2/2 against Amit Kumar Singh, the husband of the deceased, the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 279 of 2015, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Navaniti Prasad Singh, J.) Rajiv/Amit U T
