The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 380, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner being the brother-in-law (debar) of the sister of the informant pressurized the informant for marriage committed theft and subsequently by administering some intoxicant material committed rape with her.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 83 of 2012, pending in the court of
