JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-09-2018 The instant writ petition was filed on 17.10.2014 raising grievance that by order dated 09.03.2013 contained in Annexure-1 private respondent no. 4 was illegally appointed as Professor in charge in S P Jain College, Sasaram. Now we are in 2018 and in view of the time gap between the order dated 09.03.2013 and 2018 the Court does not find any justification to interfere with the order appointing respondent no. 4 as Professor in charge. In the event the grievance of the petitioner still persists, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to ventilate the same before the University by way of filing a representation within one month from today and the
