JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section It is alleged that the petitioner brought the informant to the office of Sub-Registrar and get a sale deed executed with regard to the land of the informant on promise to make payment of the consideration amount of Rs.13,00,000/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the sale deed was executed on 14.02.2012 which stipulates that on receiving the entire consideration amount the informant executed the sale deed whereas the present case was lodge on 18.08.2014. Considering the delay in lodging the case and stipulation in receiving the consideration amount in the sale deed, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in

Case No.522 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
