JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 21.12.2018 passed in CWJC No. 22894 of 2018, the General Manager-cum-Interim Financial Advisor, Headquarter, Patna, has already passed a reasoned order dated 25.09.2019, as contained in Memo dated 14.10.2019, rejecting the claim of the petitioner, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.2773 of 2019(4) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order contained in Memo dated 14.10.2019, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
