The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner had no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the deceased and her

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 112 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
