The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case no. 3591/2018 and Fathua P.S. Case No. 222/2018 registered under section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that liquor was seized from the house of one Ranjit Kumar and not from the conscious possession or the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has remained in custody for more than one month. Considering the fact that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner or from house of the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
