That the petitioners crave indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate Writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents No.1 to 5 to pass an order directing the removal of encroachment made by the private Respondents No. 6 to 37 over public land appertaining to Plot Nos. 256 & 293 situated at Village-Rajhai, P.O.
Shivsagar, P.S.-Shivsagar, District-Rohtas which is a pond and was being used by public in general."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer, Shivsagar, District-Rohtas, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is
