JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2016 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Pakarideyal P.S. Case No. 182 of 2015 registered under Sections 147,148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that there is a case and counter case. The counter case having been lodged on behalf of the accused persons, which is Pakrideyal P.S. Case No. 181 of 2015, in which the accused persons have also received injuries. From reading of the F.I.R., it is apparent that dispute is with regard to agricultural land.

No.15188 of 2016 (3) dt.26-05-2016 2/2 Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioners above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Pakarideyal P.S. Case No. 182 of 2015, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
