There is nothing to interfere with the order of the learned single Judge dated 28.11.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17518 of 2011. The appellant has been given due leeway and liberty to ventilate his grievance.

Counsel for the appellant further submits that a Title Suit was filed and there is already a declaration in the Title Suit. If it is true, he may go for execution. Nothing further is required
