2. At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that remedy is provided under the guidelines for challenging the decision of the District Magistrate by way of an appeal.

3. In the above view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek redressal of her grievances by filing an appeal before the concerned authority as provided in the relevant guidelines.

4. It is made clear that in case such an appeal is filed, the concerned authority would have regard to the present proceeding being pursued by the petitioner while considering any issue relating to condonation of delay, if applicable.
