In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences punishable under sections 420, 120 (B), 406 and 506 of the I.P.C.

Allegedly, the petitioner no.2 being Nanad of the informant and petitioner no.1 being Nandosi cheated the informant step by step and took total Rs. 5,65,000/- on the ground to provide job in Railway by G.M. Quota and thereafter no job was provided and during panchayati the accused persons executed bond and returned only Rs. 1,00,000/- and thereafter caused threats. No.50563 of 2014 (2) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 independent witnesses vide paragraphs- 40 and 41 of the case diary has stated that in their presence the informant has given Rs. 3,35,000/- to Narad Paswan on his assurance that he will give her son job and as such the petitioners deserve sympathetic consideration, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes. Considering that the informant herself entered into an illegal agreement for getting the job of her son after paying illegal gratification and as such the case being hit by paridelicto, the petitioners in case of their arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M. Munger in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
