The present application has been filed for modification of orders dated 03.09.2015 and 22.09.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6687 of 2015, whereby the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail for a period of six months with a condition that the petitioner would deposit an amount of Rs. 1,80,000/- to the complainant in connection with Complaint Case No. 2542 of 2013, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Samastipur. It is submitted on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had already deposited an amount of Rs. 80,000/- out of Rs. 1,80,000/- but due to death of the mother of the petitioner, he could not deposit the balance amount of Rs. 1,00,000-. He further prays that the provisional bail of the petitioner be extended for a period of another twelve months so

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the provisional bail of the petitioner is extended further for a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. It is further directed that the petitioner shall deposit the balance amount i.e., Rs. 1,00,000/- within the extended period i.e., three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order.

On doing so, the provisional bail of the petitioner shall be confirmed by the learned court below.

The orders dated 03.09.2015 and 22.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6687 of 2015 are modified to the extent as indicated above.

The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
