The petitioner is in custody in connection with Shyampur Bhatha P.S. Case No. 18 of 2018 (G.R. No. 130 of 2018) for the offence under Sections 395 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case was registered against three unknown persons. Petitioner was apprehended in this case on the confessional statement of the co-accused. He further submits that on 12.03.2018 he was put on TI parade and he was not identified in the TI parade. He has filed the document in support of the fact that in the TI parade he has not been identified by the informant. TI Parade chart submitted by the petitioner is kept on record.

Case No. 18 of 2018 (G.R. No. 130 of 2018).
