This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Phulwarisharif Police Station Case No. 687 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 6937 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 364, 302, 201 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, altogether ten persons along with the petitioner have been made accused in this case but no specific allegation is attributed to the petitioner, who is said to be one of the members of the group with whom the deceased had fought earlier. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33606 of 2018 (3) dt.17-07-2018 already been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No 32636 of 2018 along with analogous case and Cr. Misc. No. 25496 of 2018. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in custody for the last nine months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubJudge- XV -cum- Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Phulwarisharif Police Station Case No. 687 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 6937 of 2017.
