Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No.107 of 2021 registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that she had voluntarily left her house and got married with Ankit (petitioner no.3). She has also stated that her family members have falsely
