JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2017 The office has reported that this petition has been filed for extension of time as this Court directed the respondent no. 7 vide order dated 14.05.2010 passed in CWJC No.5237 of 2010 to make payment of differential amount to the petitioner in CWJC No. 5237 of 2010 within a month.

The present petition was filed in the year 2010 and for first time this petition has been placed before this Court. However, the office has regretted for the aforesaid laches and it appears that this petition has already become infructuous. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed being infructuous.
