Patna High Court CWJC No.16307 of 2019 dt.22-08-2019 2/3 04.06.2016 because of cardio pulmonary disease. The petitioner, thereafter, made a suitable representation before the District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation, Begusarai for consideration of his case for appointment on any suitable post on compassionate ground, which representation/application has yet not been responded to.

2. The petitioner, therefore, prays that necessary direction be given to the concerned respondent for disposing off his representation/application.

3. The prayer of the petitioner does not appear to be unreasonable.

4. For the convenience of the parties, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a fresh representation, making a request for consideration for being appointed on compassionate ground, before the Managing Director, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 3) within a period of two weeks from today, who, on receipt of such representation, shall look into the matter and have the facts verified and, thereafter, shall pass
